Drank vs. Drunk

This one’s driving me crazy. Is this correct: Drunk as a fine powder diffused in liquid, matcha tea.…

I’ve read all about past perfect and present perfect being “drunk” but I still really don’t comprehend if it’s present perfect. I want to say it is “drank” as a fine powder but my gut says “drunk” is correct. I have no option of rewriting the sentence. Thanks for your advice.
